Veil stores Discord server IDs, user IDs, channel IDs, role IDs, command usage, moderation cases, logs, ticket metadata, server configuration, backup metadata and dashboard authentication data when needed to provide bot features.

Terms of use

Server administrators are responsible for enabling modules that match their server rules and legal obligations.
Do not use Veil to harass users, evade Discord rules, collect unnecessary personal data or automate harmful behavior.
Music playback depends on third-party platforms and may be unavailable when providers block extraction or require authentication.
Owner-only features, premium plan controls and global translation edits are restricted to the configured bot owner.

Cookies

The dashboard uses an essential HttpOnly authentication cookie to keep administrators signed in. Local browser storage may store UI language, favorites and dashboard convenience settings. These are required or useful for the panel experience and are not advertising cookies.

Data deletion

Server administrators can disable modules, delete generated logs where available and remove server configuration. Users can ask their server staff to remove ticket records or moderation data when technically and legally appropriate.

For a full server removal request, contact the bot owner with the Discord server ID and the scope of data that should be deleted.
